Conversion to VNG

What is Vehiclar Natural Gas?

The Natural Gas that we use in our homes and businesses is also used as vehicle fuel, unlike the gas that we consume in our homes, it is compressed and conditioned according to technical standards to be stored in high-resistance cylinders and to be used in the vehicles.
Almost any internal combustion engine vehicle can be adapted to use a gas as fuel, specifically Compressed Natural Gas, instead of a liquid fuel such as gasoline.

Adaptation basically consists of incorporating:

  • High pressure tanks to store natural gas.
  • A special injection system for gasoline and gas.
  • A slightly different electronic engine management system, to choose between gasoline or natural gas, either automatically, by temperature, or manually, at the driver's choice.
  • A chip to control that the vehicle owner performs regulatory reviews.
  • And in some cases other changes, such as reinforcement of the valve seat, or different segments of the pistons.

    Types of Service:

Advantages of converting your vehicle to VNG
    economía

    Economy

Natural gas for vehicles is cheaper and offers better performance per cubic meter than other fuels such as gasoline and acpm.

    medio ambiente

    Takes care of the environment

Natural Gas is the cleanest fossil fuel, since it emits less concentrations of carbon dioxide than other fuels.

    vehículo
    Longer Vehicle Life

VNG does not produce carbon residues, it does not form sediments, nor does it wash the cylinder walls, it increases the useful life of the engine, spark plugs, filters and oil.

    Gas Natural Vehicular

    Easy Conversion

In order for gasoline engines to work with VNG, they need to be adapted by incorporating simple conversion kits. As an additional advantage, the vehicles maintain a dual condition and thus operate with gasoline and VNG indistinctly.
